Leadership Nomination Form
The PSDAA will elect new officers On Saturday May 22, 2021 to run for a two year term until Saturday May 20, 2023. From January 3, 2021 to February 21, 2021, we will collect nominations from PSDAA members on who will be nominated for the following offices: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and five (5) Board members for a total of nine (9) PSDAA Officers. President – is the leader of the PSDAA, calls to attention meetings to be held, makes sure the officers are up to date on their assigned tasks and helps PSDAA officers solve problems brought to their attention. He or she must have a lot of patience in dealing with people.
Vice President – helps the President make things go smoother by making sure officers are hard at work taking care of event planning. Takes over a meeting for the President if he or she is not able to attend.
Secretary – keeps accurate records of the minutes and takes care of mailing letters as directed by the President.
Treasurer – keeps accurate records of financial documents, pays bills approved by PSDAA Board by writing checks, makes a budget for PSDAA to follow.
You will receive a ballot of candidates by e-mail or mail from March 7, 2021 to April 25, 2021.
Ballots may be mailed (postmarked by April 25th 2021 or sent via the internet The election results will be announced virtually via Zoom during Alumni Day General Meeting on Saturday May 22, 2021 at 1:00 p.m.

If you want to write down the nomination form listed below and enclose your photo, you can mail it to Grace Shirk-Emmons, 1961 New St., East Petersburg, PA 17520.
Nominee – PSDAA member who is proposed or formally entered as a candidate for an office.
Nominator – PSDAA member proposes a candidate for PSDAA election.
