I/We understand that the fees are nonrefundable. PSDAA is not responsible for vendors property. PSDAA reserves the right to decline any duplicate vendor. PSDAA reserves the right to offer space to vendors who've partnered in the past, and opened to other representatives as a first come first serve basis when original representative declines. The vendors will be located outside of the gymnasium. All vendors are responsible for their own set up (7:30 - 9:00 am) and tear down (3:30-5:00 pm) within the times given for the event. This event is not cancelled due to weather conditions. Vendors are responsible to report any sales tax, where applicable, to the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue. All fees for the space are due upon submittal of this application and deadline. Vendor agrees to pay all fees in full with checks made payable to PSDAA or using your Zelle account to make a payment. Vendors spot will not be reserved until the application and fee are paid in full. PSDAA reserves the right to market you/your items before/during/after to include social media and photos (we may use a photo taken at the event including your picture to advertise our next event). All vendors are permitted to have two (2) individuals present at the table. Any additional people will have to purchase a ticket at the front door.
