    *PSDAA is hereby granted the right to prohibit the sale and/or exhibition of any items of any nature which in its sole discretion are deemed to be offensive by PSDAA or its representatives. To reserve your spot for this event, please print the form and mail it with payment to PSDAA.

    PSD will book you as attending and advertise your organization as we receive the applications with payment in full.
